

Bag Blast
Bag Blast is a 45min high energy class that includes 6 rounds bag work with specific tuition and 6 rounds floor exercises for targeted results.
We start the class with a dynamic warm up and cool down to finish off.
The class is fun and friendly with fully qualified trainers that will mix up the training to make every experience different and exciting.
All classes are capped to avoid over crowding.
Clients are encouraged to work at their own pace with the extra push from the trainer to get the most out of the work out.
King St Boxing Circuit
We start the class with a dynamic warm up and cool down to finish off.
Our Circuit training class is 45mins and made up of 20-30 stations with various exercises, bag work, kettle bells, battle ropes, sled push/pull, airbike, ski erg, med ball, box jump and many more.
Each session is designed by the trainer leading the class, they will be specifically zoning in on upper body, lower body , core , balance and cardio vascular insurance.
All classes are capped to avoid over crowding.
Clients are encouraged to work at their own pace with the extra push from the trainer to get the most out of the workout.
